I play a range of Iranian traditional string<\/p>\n<p>instruments such as TANBOUR, RABAB, TAAR, SETAAR and DOTAAR.<\/p>\n<p>I am playing TANBOUR as my main instrument for more than 22 years &amp; I am teaching that for<\/p>\n<p>more than 18 years.<\/p>\n<p>As TANBOUR is one the Iranian folk instruments, like many other ethnic instruments, its<\/p>\n<p>learning process is mostly by ear. In collaboration with my teacher in 2010 we wrote and<\/p>\n<p>published series of TANBUR LEARNING BOOKS consists of 3 volumes, in which we theorized a<\/p>\n<p>method of teaching and learning TANBUR using notations in the standard scale of music<\/p>\n<p>learning books. After gaining valuable experiences in education finally in 2022 I published my<\/p>\n<p>own book with a different teaching method called &#8221;TANBOUR NOTEBOOK&#8221; or<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;TANBOURLEARNING&#8221; and tutorial videos of this book are available on my you tube channel.<\/p>\n<p>I played in more than twenty concerts and recitals in Iran &amp; Turkiye with six different bands,<\/p>\n<p>four of which was founded by myself.<\/p>\n<p>Last year I composed and arranged my songs with my band named &#8221;KARIZBAND&#8221;
